Return Window
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility Requirements

Product must be returned in:

  • Original, sealed, undamaged packaging
  • With all accessories, cables, manuals, and bundled items
  • With the original invoice
Restocking & Handling Fee
  • All approved returns receive store credit only.
  • A 35% restocking and handling fee will be deducted.
Non-Eligible or Partially Eligible Returns

We may refuse or apply additional deductions if:

  • Product is opened, unboxed, used, or tampered.
  • Packaging is damaged.
  • Accessories/manuals are missing.
  • Serial numbers or labels are altered.
Defective or Damaged Products
  • Defective units will be replaced with an identical model.
  • If a replacement is unavailable within 30–45 days, store credit will be issued.
Store Credit Processing

Store credit will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Warranty Policy
  • All products carry the official manufacturer warranty.
  • Warranty does not apply to physical damage.
  • Warranty becomes void if serviced or tampered with by unauthorised centres.
  • Preserve your invoice—it is essential for warranty claims.
  • Warranty is valid within India, unless specified otherwise.
